Questions

How much commission does OTTO take?

It depends on the category and is shown in your seller panel. We only publish a rate once it's on an official page or at least two sellers report the same number.

Is the commission charged on the price including VAT?

OTTO charges it on the total of the sale, including shipping and tax.

What is the break-even price?

The lowest price at which a sale on OTTO doesn't lose money once commission, fees, shipping and returns are paid. The calculator solves it exactly, including minimum fees, and rounds up to the next cent.
