Privacy Policy

This page describes the personal data the TrueSellerPrice software stores and why. The operator of this deployment is responsible for it as data controller.
Public calculators
The calculators on the public pages run entirely in your browser. The costs, fees and prices you type are not sent to our servers and are not stored. No account is needed to use them. Like any website, the server receives technical request data (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver pages; it is not used to identify you.
Advertising
No advertising is shown at the moment. If ads are enabled, this section will describe the advertising provider, its cookies and how to opt out, and a consent message will be shown where required.
Account data we store
Accounts are not open to the public at the moment. For existing and invited accounts, the software stores:
- Account: your name, email address and a one-way hash of your password (never the password itself).
- Sessions: a hash of your session token and its expiry, to keep you signed in.
- Emailed links: hashes of single-use tokens for password reset, email verification and invitations.
- Audit log: which account performed important actions in a workspace, and when.
- Workspace data: the products, costs, prices, settings and competitor observations you enter or import. Competitor observations may include public seller names, listing titles and links.
IP addresses are used briefly in memory to limit repeated sign-in attempts and are not stored. There is no third-party analytics.
Cookies
TrueSellerPrice itself sets only these cookies:
- pp_session — keeps you signed in (essential; HttpOnly, secure in production).
- tsp-theme, tsp-sidebar and tsp-locale — remember your display and language preferences (functional).
Because no tracking or advertising cookies are set, there is no cookie consent message.
Retention
- Competitor observations: Free 180 days, Pro 730 days, Business 1825 days, Enterprise until deleted.
- Expired sessions are removed daily; used or expired emailed tokens and stale invitations after 30 days.
- Resolved alerts after 180 days; finished background jobs after 30 days.
- Calculations, recommendations and audit records are kept with the workspace for reproducibility.
Your choices
You can export your workspace data from the Reports page at any time. To delete an account or workspace, contact the operator (see the Contact page); self-service deletion is not available yet.
Sub-processors
None by default. If the operator enables email delivery or other external providers, they will be listed here.
